Federica Santeusanio was born in Sanremo in 1988. She has been a professional photographer since 2010.
Her photography focuses on a balanced observation of reality. Through her camera lenses, she reinterprets that part of reality that captures her attention the most.
Federica first approach to photography dates back to her high school years. Blossomed just as a passion, photography soon became the most relevant part of her life, winning several competitions and most of all, raising curiosity of the audience around her.
In 2008 she moves to Milan to fulfil her ambition in the field. She starts as an assistant to famous fashion photographers, while widening her technical background through master course programs.
At the end of her first year in Milan she has her first exhibition "Stolen Thoughts", featuring images shots between Milan and Dublin. Such exhibition confirms her ability and creativity and pushes her pictures a little more towards art rather than mere reportage.
Always looking to extend her boundaries, she starts collaboration in different fields, from fashion to design, from interior design to still life photography and art galleries. Chanel, Lanieri, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Cartier, Piaget, Benetton Kr, Giambattista Valli, Miu Miu, Laura Urbinati, Sky and FCA Group are just a few of the names of the collaborations worth mentioning.
In 2015 was awarded Honorable Mention in Fashion at the prestigious Monochrome Awards 2014.
Federica is based in Milan, working wherever the camera takes her, focusing her photography on portraits, fashion and interior design.
